Definitions

• Subscription: An account created for each user linked to their optimizer account.
• Application: The optimizer app and selected add-ons.
• User: A person who has created an account on the optimizer app.
• Data: User-entered data processed in the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, you agree to these terms, which govern your relationship with A Cloud Frontier ApS. The application is for business use only, and no refund rights apply to subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

2. Account Duration

Your agreement begins upon account creation and continues until terminated.

3. Use of the Application

You are granted non-exclusive access to the application for your use only. You are responsible for anyone who accesses the app through your login. You may not transfer your account without our written consent.

4. Subscription Pricing and Payment

Pricing is available on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are processed at the start of each subscription period.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of your data. We do not store any personal user data permanently, except for the account information required for login and billing purposes. Data entered into the application is used solely to provide the service and is not retained after account termination.

6. Operational Stability

We strive for high availability but are not liable for outages beyond our control.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Termination does not exempt you from payments due during the subscription period.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved under Danish law, with Aalborg District Court as the first instance.
